A removal claim starts another check. Closure requires fresh supporting observations, and new copying evidence reopens the case for review.

Download captured pages, screenshots and a manifest with observation times, rule versions and file hashes. Missing captures are recorded explicitly.

Will Protect find every copy of my website?
No. Current discovery covers rotating lookalike-domain checks, bounded historical Certificate Transparency searches and URLs you report. It is not a complete search of advertising platforms, social accounts, marketplaces or every new domain. The workspace shows which sources completed and which did not.
What happens after I pay?
Your account receives Protect access after Stripe confirms the subscription. Verify your official domain, set up your brand name and add any addresses you already suspect. Your first scheduled run builds the official reference and checks candidates.
Does a score automatically trigger a complaint?
No. Review priority orders the queue and is not a probability of fraud. A person must confirm current evidence, you must give a case-specific instruction, and each factual report needs approval before it is submitted.
How do you know when a case is resolved?
A reviewer needs two observations at least six hours apart. They must show readable pages without copied brand evidence, or repeated agreement from Google and Cloudflare DNS that the hostname is absent. The latest DNS check must be within 12 hours. A timeout, blocked capture or provider claim alone cannot close a case. DNS absence is a dated observation, not a guarantee of permanent removal.
What happens if I pause or cancel?
Pausing in Protect stops new monitoring work and keeps your history. It does not cancel billing. Manage your subscription separately through the account's Stripe billing link. When paid or pilot access ends, new monitoring and report preparation stop while existing records remain available.
